Your work is safe and nothing has been lost. Settle the balance and everything reopens exactly where you left it. If you think this is a mistake, write to us and we will sort it out.

Mentoring
Every student assigned to you, where they have reached, and what is sitting in your queue.

Administration
Everyone at the Institute. Open anyone to see and change their record. The other tabs hold applications, money, materials and settings.
Everyone who has applied to mentor. Most have no portal account — this is the recruitment database, separate from Members. Search by name, institution, discipline or anything in a bio.
Things that are set up once and then left alone. Nothing here is part of day-to-day work.
For testing on your own machine only. The token below is stored in this browser and would be readable by anyone who opens the deployed file. Before this portal goes live, this panel is replaced by the automation in KICKOFF_INTEGRATION.md, which keeps the token on a server.
Prefill fails silently if a field name is wrong: the form simply opens empty. Check it here before a student ever sees it.
The link a student opens
Open the form and confirm the fields are filled in. Then use the third button to see what happens in that student’s portal when the automation delivers it.
Drag to spin. Anyone signed in appears within a couple of minutes and fades out a few minutes after they leave.
Nothing matches these filters.
Records that they have been accepted. They then create their own account at the portal using this email address, choosing their own password.
